Finding a good mattress can be a new challenge for a family. Wherever we go, we are bombarded with multiple brands, deals with their unique selling points and suddenly we become indecisive to our choices. Thus, it is important to jot down the important features before we go shopping.

As we have recently moved into a new home, I was tasked with buying mattresses for the entire family. So I’ve done my research and here are my 3 must-have features in a mattress:

Comfort

When it comes to a mattress, we are looking into a long investment of good sleep for at least the next 5 years. Thus, comfort is the ultimate feature you should look for. You’re probably thinking “Duh Michelle, of course, comfort is important.” Hear me out.

As you go bed-hopping, I mean mattress-shopping, it’s hard to distinguish which mattress is more comfortable. I’ve been there. After a while, I forgot which was which!

Here’s a spoiler – we went with Origin Mattress for our family. The comfort level is something else. In the brochure, it states that it has pressure-relieving foams and high standard springs. All I know is that I feel like I’m enveloped in it as soon I ay down. It’s soft yet I get the support I need.
