Becoming the Brand Ambassador for Nutox Singapore
Ever since I turned 30, skincare has become an important part of my daily routine. I enjoy the deliberate time taken to layer my skincare and knowing that it would pay off because I believe if you have good skin, there isn’t a need for heavy make-up or make-up on a daily basis. And without the need for makeup, one could save a lot of time. It’s really a win in my book, given my busy working mum schedule.
What I didn’t expect though, is to become the face of a skincare brand at 38 years old. I’m especially proud that it’s a brand from my home country, Malaysia and that we share the same belief. NUTOX strives to deliver results and making a difference in people’s lives. Because good skin = confidence.
Attending the launch party a couple of weeks ago felt a little surreal. I walked into the Blue Room at The Arthouse and found my own face blown up and hung on the wall. There was a moment of disbelief, excitement and nervousness. But there wasn’t any time to waste, I was quickly whisked away for hair and makeup.
I came to know NUTOX when I was invited to meet their international brand ambassador, Nancy Wu last year. She shared how NUTOX helped her skin stay hydrated, smooth and looking young at the age of 36, and I was immediately sold. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them.
And as they say, the rest is history.
After using the products, I saw the difference for myself and began to share the benefits with the people around me. So standing there at the launch party, talking about my skincare routine using NUTOX was pretty easy peasy. I could go on forever talking about something I love.
Hearing Ms Jowey Lim, Strategic Advisor and the second generation of the founder of Tohtonku (the company that created NUTOX), spoke about her father’s vision and commitment to deliver good quality at an affordable price to consumers made feel even more honoured to work with a brand with such high integrity.
My favourite part of the event has to be the Q&A part where I took the attendees’ questions alongside General Manager of Tohtonku (S) Pte Ltd, Mr Sean Lee. Those questions really had us at the edge of our seats!
All in all, I had a wonderful time at the media launch party. We had a reverse Q&A game where we asked the attendees questions and they win prizes, lucky draws, yummy food, flower bouquet making, photo booth and of course, product sampling.
And there I am, yakking away about how NUTOX has helped me look good while juggling many hats! 🙂
