Is TruNIAGEN the Healthy Aging, Energy Boosting Secret We’ve Been Waiting For?
Here’s my honest review…
I just turned 38. As much as I’d like to think age is just a number, this is really the first time I’ve actually felt older. The thing is, there’s nothing wrong with being older. However, it sucks that I’m getting tired earlier in the evenings and I’m having a little more trouble keeping up with my kids.
My stress level isn’t getting any better either. I’m sure I’m not the only mum who is experiencing the stress of managing a household and everything that comes along with that. A back-to-back schedule of school drop-off/pick up, homework, doctors appointments, bills, cleaning, blah blah blah…. well. you get the drill. And every mum knows that having young kids is super exhausting no matter what age you are.
On top of that, I run my own business, which of course is something I love but like everything else, it requires a certain amount of energy.
Unfortunately, everything I’m experiencing is considered “normal” for my age, which is honestly a bummer. Healthy ageing is a major priority for me, but it can certainly be easier said than done.
I long to do everything 100% but achieving that sometimes feels like a fairy tale.
Nobody’s on top of their game when they’re feeling tired, stressed and irritated. When I feel this way at times it’s hard for me to be the patient and loving mother I know that I am.
Thankfully, Watsons Singapore sent me a product called TruNIAGEN, which is a brand-new energy booster and anti-aging supplement that’s recognized as safe by the FDA. TruNIAGEN is scientifically proven to clinically demonstrated to help boost our NAD+, which is the short term for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide…kind of a mouthful. BUT all you really need to know is that it’s a vitally important coenzyme found in every living cell and it’s essential for the function and energy regeneration needed to combat cell stresses.
So, if your NAD+ levels are up you should, in theory, age better and your energy level and metabolism should be enhanced. Sounds awesome to me!
Right now, I’m two weeks into my TruNIAGEN regime and I take two tablets a day, usually with breakfast. I’ve been pretty consistent taking this supplement, and I’ll give you my thoughts on its effectiveness in a bit, but first, I think you should know more about how it works.
Remember when I said that TruNIAGEN helps boost your NAD+? Here’s why that’s important. NAD+ does four very essential things: it supports metabolic processes, performs cellular detoxification, does DNA repair, and produces energy. I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty sure I could use an energy boost at the cellular level.
NAD+ also helps our cells convert macronutrients (like carbs and proteins) into energy more efficiently. It even activates our “longevity genes,” to help with cellular aging and metabolism. When your cells are depleted of NAD+, it ultimately leads to cell death, yikes!
So, I gave TruNIAGEN a shot, and I’m not sure if it’s just psychological, but I do feel better and have a bit more energy throughout the day! I love having the energy to get the kids to the park even after a long day at work. Just the other night I put the kids to bed and my husband Nick was still at work, so I decided to wind down for bed by doing 30 burpees! Not the usual way I choose to end my night, but hey, I’m not going to fight the urge to do burpees when I get it.
I’m excited to see how I feel after a few more weeks of taking TruNIAGEN. Who knows, maybe it will slow down the aging process a bit, or at the very least keep me feeling younger.
If you want to boost your energy by giving this product a try, it can be found at Watsons islandwide for SGD $69.90. I’ve love to hear your thoughts on it!

Hi ..Can i take combine with other supplement if i took Truniagen?. Cos now Im taking menapause supplemnt to reduce
my flush out and headache.. or does it works if you have a menapause syntoms
Hi Rohani, I know you can take other supplements like multi-vitamins and minerals but I’m unsure whether it would clash with your menopause meds. Perhaps ask your doctor or where you get the menopause supplement from? Sorry, I can’t provide a conclusive answer.
