While Nick has joined a gym about a year ago and been working out consistently, I have mostly been inactive at home. I have every intentions to work out, but you know, it is just easier to put it off till later. Although I have regained my pre-pregnancy weight but my tummy is… lets just say after a good meal, it still looks like my baby is in there.

So I looked up the internet for post-baby workout and found this.


I’ve been doing this and although the six-pack that I was hoping for has not made an appearance yet, it is fun and my baby loves it. Especially the squats and the push-ups. I should have someone taped me one day and show you how she squeals in delight whenever we do this. Just another excuse for me to show you how cute she is.
